JGP have carried out a detailed geotechnical desk study for the entire Millbay redevelopment area of 19.5 acres as proposed in English Cities master plan. Millbay is situated in Plymouth’s coastal quarter and the redevelopment will play a major role in revitalising the city. Proposals for the construction of a mixture of high quality townhouses, apartments and business units have been granted planning approval and developments are underway on a plot by plot basis.
