Plot A1 is one part of the Millbay regeneration area in Plymouth’s coastal quarter and comprises the construction of luxury townhouses, apartments and business units. On behalf of civil and structural engineers Clarke Nicholls Marcel, JGP is currently undertaking the environmental and geotechnical Phase I desk study and Phase II site investigations on this plot. JGP is due to commence investigations on three additional plots within the next couple of months.
