The stalled regeneration of Millbay in Plymouth got underway when a proposal to construct a residential development comprising a five storey apartment building and fifteen townhouses was finally approved by Plymouth planners. Kier have already started work on the development and John Grimes Partnership lent support to the start of the works in the form of a Phase I Environmental Desktop Report and a detailed Ground Investigation of the site.
